License

Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Ayo Icons for personal or commercial projects. This license includes, but is not limited to, the following permissions:

• Usage: Licensee may use the icons in documents, graphics, websites, apps, e-books, and other digital or physical mediums for personal or commercial projects.
• Digital Project Usage: Licensee may use the Ayo Icons for unlimited digital projects. This includes, but is not limited to, usage in websites, applications, digital documents, software, and other digital platforms.
• Products: Licensee may use the icons for physical or print-on-demand products, including but not limited to t-shirts, stickers, mugs, keychains, posters, and other merchandise.
• Modification: Licensee may modify/edit the icons to suit their needs.
• Device Usage: Licensee may copy/paste the icons to their other devices for personal use.

Restriction

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution/Sale: Licensee cannot redistribute or sell the icons in their original or modified form.
• Resale of Modified Icons: Licensee cannot modify/edit the icon's design and resell it.
• Sharing: Licensee cannot pass or borrow the icons to other individuals or entities. If others wish to use the icons, they must obtain their own license.
• Logo Usage: Licensee cannot use the icons as a primary element in a logo. Icons are not intended to serve as logos.
• Embedding in Downloadable Products: Licensee cannot embed the vector icons into products that non-license owners can download or use directly, such as HTML themes, assets libraries, frameworks, or other products that can facilitate unauthorized access to the original vector icons. Instead, Licensee may only embed the PNG version of the icons in such products.

Ownership

Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Ayo Icons, including any modifications made by Licensee.

Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if Licensee fails to comply with the terms herein.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By using the Ayo Icons, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
